I just spent a night at Naval Air Station North Island.  I managed to get into B/572, room 210.  The desk lady said the building was the "original" BOQ and was refurbished about 2013.  I'm thinking I have stayed in this building in the distant past, maybe 25 years ago ??

I'm going to guess that B/572 is all 2-room Suites ??  For those of you who recall the old BOQ style of 2 separate rooms sharing a head in-between, well, this Suite layout gives you both of those rooms and that in-between head.  One side is living room/kitchen, the other side is the bedroom.

The kitchen includes a big refrigerator/freezer, sink, 2-burner built-in stove top.  There is a Keurig coffee maker with supplies.  A large bar separates the kitchen from living room.  The bar functions as table, and has 2 bar chairs of the correct height for sitting comfortably.

The head has a small sink and small surface area.  There is a tub and shower.  It goes without saying there is a toilet.

There is an a/c--heater unit in each room.  There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV in each room, with remote control.  A decent selection of cable channels.

Very quiet.  One of my pet peeves is hearing sounds from anywhere, and for this particular night all was very very quiet.

Room 210 looks south, I think the even-numbers look south with something of a nice view.  The north-facing rooms:  not much of any kind of view.

All in all:  very comfy.
